Refunds & Returns Policy

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have entered production, as all items are made to order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at katielauraashton@gmail.com so we can work out the best solution (for example, sometimes it’s not necessary to return an item).

If we do agree a return is necessary, you may be asked to send the item back. In this case, we will provide instructions.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping

If your order is lost or arrives with an issue, please contact us so we can resolve it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue and let you know if a refund or replacement is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or provider to process the refund.
