Shipping
Please make sure you provide the correct and full address at checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us to update your address. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Fees
Some countries charge import or customs fees. Please check your country’s rules before placing an order. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your local customs or postal service. If a parcel is not claimed and is returned or abandoned, we are unable to offer a refund.
Shipping Locations
We use a print-on-demand (POD) company for all products unless stated otehrwise.
Items may be shipped from different locations and may arrive separately depending on the product and your location.
Shipping options and availability will be shown at checkout.
Fulfilment & Shipping Times
All items are made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping.
UK orders: 1–2 working days fulfilment (+ production time for POD) + 2–3 days shipping
International orders: typically 1–4 weeks from dispatch
Please note these are estimates and may vary.
Returns
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at katielauraashton@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will offer a replacement or refund.
Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can work out the best solution (sometimes a return is not necessary).
