Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Please make sure you provide the correct and full address at checkout. If your order has not shipped, just email us so we can make that change! If it’s already left our warehouse and has been returned to us, we ask that you cover reshipping and provide an updated or more reliable shipping address.
Fees
Some countries charge an import or custom fee. Please be aware of your country's rules before you place your order. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for the fees incurred by your country's postal service. We’ve found that the local office sometimes holds your item waiting for payment. If this parcel is abandoned unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Materials
All shipping materials are chosen with both the safe transport of your item(s) and the environmental impact in mind. Responsibly harvested papers, recycled, biodegradable and reusable materials are used as much as possible while making sure your items arrive in good condition. We are consciously doing our best to reduce waste, see more on that here.
Shipping Locations
We use a POD company for several products and ship some others by hand, there are several shipping locations which charges apply.
(A print on demand allows a small company like this one, to sell a larger variety of products without having to have a large amount of inventory which requires a mass amount of money & storage space)
Art Prints & Clothing by We Are The Florists are shipped by the POD company from several different locations around the world, usually within the same or nearest country with a POD centre to you.
And the Florist Confessions books, calendars, greeting cards, original paintings are shipped from the UK, Shipping costs apply.
Fulfilment & Shipping Times
Pre-order products will have an estimated shipping date in the description.
UK orders will be fulfilled between 1-2 days (+ production time within POD) + 2-3 days shipping time.
International Orders usually take from 1-4 weeks to arrive from the shipping date.
Returns
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Before shipping anything back, please contact us at hello@wearetheflorists.com and wait for a response so we can work out the best solution. If we agree you'll need to return the item, you should mail your product to: FAO: K.Ashton, 16 Old Barber, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 3DF, UK
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
